DOCUMENTARY RECOMMENDATION: HEY BOO: HARPER LEE & TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD

In view of all the controversy surrounding the new Harper Lee novel, I recommend the above mention doc, made in 2010, which tells the story of Harper Lee and the writing of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.

This doc is the ‘standard’ story with just a hint of any of the recent revelations.

This is fascinating background to the drama of today…plus was filled with lots of information I didn’t know, about Truman Capote and a lot more.

The rating: NECESSARY VIEWING.
