I hadn’t seen 8 1/2 in maybe ten years.

It’s one of the most amazing films ever made.

So fluid, in terms of action on the screen, in terms of story, in terms of camerawork.

It’s epic, it’s enigmatic, it’s personal, it’s amazing.

Do yourself a favor and see it again.

I rented it on Netflix…the Criterion version and one of the extras…an interview with the incomparable Sandra Milo is worth the price of admission.

The interview with Lina Vertmuller is also a gem.
